in 2011, nestled in historical Old Town Eureka
(just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis),
O’Dell’s Irish Pub and Ale House has quickly
become a favorite of the community. Owners
Jerry and Tina O’Dell, along with their
daughter, Tara, have poured their hearts into
creating a family-friendly pub with an Irish
atmosphere. O’Dell’s is always full of
laughter, cheer, music, great food, and Eureka’s
largest selection of craft beers and spirits.
The pub’s unique furnishings create a wonderful
ambiance, making you feel like you’re sitting in
a Celtic pub in Ireland. Whiskey barrel chairs
surround a stone fireplace with a custom cedar
mantel. Alongside the warm fireplace is a
beautiful, antique tobacco showcase, which
displays classic Irish barware and tobacciana, a
theme seen though out the pub. At the focal
point of the bar hangs a stained glass window
dating back to the 1800’s from the early
missions of San Juan Capistrano on the
California coast. Located in the rear of the
building is a beautiful, private beer garden.
As locals enter this historic building, many
recall past businesses such as Sutter’s Store -
Grocery and Hardware. Many reminisce about the
days they stood on the same pumpkin pine
flooring as a child. Others may come in and
find familiarity in our antique bar, salvaged
from Labadie’s, “The Hitching Post”.
O’Dell’s has hosted and participated in local
charitable events such as a pub crawls, block
parties, theme days, and other events to support
local causes. Efforts have raised over $30,000
for charities such as Ronald McDonald House, St.
Baldrick’s Cancer Foundation, and local
schools. Contact us to host your next event.
